It is possible to produce double-sided dome (classic kibbeh), croquette (long kibbeh), pillow (ravioli), round (ball) and drop (pear) products by using 4 different molds.

Kibbeh Machine Present Adjustable Thickness

With the kibbeh machine, it is possible to produce kibbeh with the desired wall thickness (minimum 3 mm) by using 9 outer nozzles and 3 inner nozzle combinations. We can provide special sizes internal and external nozzles according to customer needs.

Kibbeh Machine Provides Adjustable Product Sizes

It is possible to produce products in the desired diameters (maximum 55 mm) by changing of the external nozzles on the machine. Kibbeh lenghts can be easly adjust by knife speed adjustment.
